Simply Create an Account on our Store on the Create an Account Page and you will be automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program too.

In fact, if you have already created an account with us at any point, you are already enrolled.

To see how many points you’ve earned, just click on the Loyalty Rewards Program Button at the bottom right of every page to see how many points you have and to redeem them for Coupons to use off your next order.

No, there are no fees of any kind for the lifetime of your membership.

Yes, there are no limitations as to which products you can order with your Reward Coupons.

However, you can only use your Rewards Coupons towards orders for one off purchases of Products, not our ‘Subscribe and Save’ subscription products. This does not mean there’s any product you can’t buy with the coupons, just that you can’t buy a subscription to any product with your Coupon, only a one off purchase.

Please note that the coupons can only be used for purchasing Products, not to cover Shipping Costs or Taxes.

To Redeem your New Alpha Rewards, go to the Loyalty Program Button on the bottom right of every page, and click on it, which will open the Rewards Program Widget.

Then, on the Navigation menu, click on Rewards. You’ll then see all the Coupons you’re entitled to Redeem: $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, etc. Click on the Reward you want to activate e.g. $20 Coupon, and click ‘Claim’. You’ll then be given a Coupon Code you can use at Checkout.

You can use this Coupon Code straight away, or find it any time on the Home Tab of the Rewards Widget, under the section: ‘Your Active Rewards’. They’ll be there for you to use any time, until you use them to buy products.

On the Checkout Page, just Copy and Paste your Coupon Code into the usual place, the Discount Code section of the site, and Click ‘Apply’

If the Coupon doesn’t work, please note that you can only use your Rewards Coupons to orders for one off purchases of Products, not our ‘Subscribe and Save’ subscription products. This does not mean there’s any product you can’t buy with the coupons, just that you can’t buy a subscription to any product with your Coupon, only a one off purchase.

Every time you refer a friend to make a purchase from The New Alpha, you can offer them a unique 15% Off Discount Code, to use your link, and Earn 2500 points, which you can redeem for a $25 Coupon.

First, you need to Login to your Account on the Store, if you’re not already Logged In.

Next, Click on the Loyalty Rewards Program Button, on the bottom right of the page.

Then, on the Widget that pops up, click on ‘Refer’ on the top Navigation menu.

You’ll then be given the option to either:

1. Click on the Email icon to share via email. Just type in the person's email address, adjust the pre written message if you want, and click ‘Send’
2. Underneath this, you'll see your unique referral link, click ‘Copy’ and share it with the person you’d like to help however you want!

For anyone who is not already a customer of The New Alpha, you will be awarded 2500 points, after 30 days, for any order over $50 they place, if they do not refund their order. Until 30 days has passed, you will see your points straight away, but they will be marked as ‘pending’ until the wait period is over.

* Please also note that if the person you refer is using private browsing or blocking cookies on their browser, your referral link may not credit you for referring them, as in this case they are blocking anyone from tracking what they are doing, meaning we would not be able to see you’d referred them. If possible, you can request they do not block cookies or use a private browser when using your link to order. Note this is fairly unusual as most people don’t do this, unless they are concerned about internet security and reasonably technologically savvy.

Either there is a typo indicating the system doesn’t think it’s a valid email address, or the system is recognising that you’re trying to refer someone who is already a customer of The New Alpha.

If you refer someone who is already a customer of The New Alpha, the Discount won’t work for them and so the system won’t send the email. There’s also no rewards for referring a pre-existing customer.

Yes, your points do expire after 6 months. We recommend you use them ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Absolutely, you can earn points for leaving a review, as well as additional points for: uploading a picture, and even more for leaving a video review!

Here’s a reminder of the full Rewards Program Points available:

This depends on how you earned your Reward Points.

If you earned them while creating an account, then you should see them within an hour.

If you earned them in any way while leaving a review, please allow one business day for us to approve the review.

If you earned them by placing an order, or referring a friend, please allow 30 days from the time of placing the order. Before then, you’ll see your points as soon as they are earned by you/your referral placing an order, but their status will show as ‘pending’ until the 30 days has passed. If you or your referral cancel or refund your order before this time, the points will be removed.

First, please make sure you are only ordering products not on subscription, as unfortunately our program doesn’t work for subscription purchases.

Otherwise, please note that while you can cover your whole order of products if you have enough coupons, you can’t use coupons to cover any costs for shipping, or taxes, if those are applied to your order.

If you paid for a product with Reward Coupons and then choose to return the product, the reward points cannot be refunded. If you made partial payment towards the order with any payment method other than Rewards Coupons, any other payment forms will be refunded in full.
