Lion Heart Herbs
1/2-1 teaspoon, up to twice a day. Add 1/2-1 teaspoon to hot water in a cup and drink. Add sweetener and/or lemon juice if needed to soften the taste. Can also be added to any food or drink, such as a smoothie.
